We have a 15 day return policy. Returns must be unused and in the same condition and in original packaging. Personalized items such as custom embroidered items and personal items such as hair barrettes are not refundable. Purchases to be returned should be sent back to the seller at the purchaser’s expense. Sale items are not refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
